Acurea required a bespoke and easy-to-use e-commerce website using tranquil company branding to sell a broad range of acupuncture products.

Acurea is an established company but their previous website was neither very responsive nor engaging.  Design365 created an ecommerce website tailored to the company’s specific requirements whilst maintaining a calm and serene overall effect. The original site lacked in clarity and contemporary aspects so we updated the brand with social media links, newsletter signup and regular updates of promoted and discounted produce.

CVO Fire required a unique e-commerce website that provided a straightforward and relaxed customer experience.

The North East based designer and manufacturer of bespoke, contemporary fireplaces needed a clear and concise website featuring a variety of warming and relaxing imagery to showcase a broad product range. The company’s previous website was cluttered and confusing so Design365 produced an organised site with integrated social media and an e-commerce system that was efficient and enjoyable to use, whilst bearing company branding in mind at all times.

Funky Barrows is an existing company selling funky wheelbarrows, parts and accessories. They already had a website but felt it could be improved which would result in an increase in sales. Design365 created a bespoke e-commerce website design using the fun aspects of the logo to create a fun, ‘funky’ website. The original homepage of the site was very text heavy which can put potential customers off, the new design has key features about the products and also has direct buy links for the most popular products.

Fancy Dress Costumes for Kids is a brand new company selling all different genres of fancy dress costumes for kids. They were looking for a complete website and branding package from Design365 and provided a blank canvas for creativity. We firstly established a brand and company identity for Fancy Dress Costumes for Kids, once we had finalised the logo we made a start on a professional e-commerce website with monthly updates to help keep the banners and overall look current. The design is aimed at parents buying costumes for their children; we have gave it a fun childlike theme to keep customers engaged whist browsing the website. The site also includes and competition sign up and a bespoke tab for product specific size guides to be displayed.

Panacea Health Online is an online e-commerce website selling herbal products to registered practitioners. They approached Design365 looking for a professional e-commerce website which would generate a good web presence. They required a site which is informative and displays products to be seen by all who enter the site but can only be bought by registered customers. The prices are also only displayed when a customer has logged in. This required category and customer grouping with alternate views for those who are and those who aren't logged in. The site includes configurable products and an integrated newsletter sign up.

The Knitting Gift Shop are a new company who approached Design365 looking for an E-commerce website which would generate a good web presence. They wanted a clean, clear, bespoke design which makes internet shopping easy. The site includes an integrated video on the homepage with image overlay. Most of their products have custom options including one for wool colour with swatch images and product addons. The Knitting Gift Shop receive ongoing support through monthly newsletters and search engine optimisation.

Senstronics manufacture pressure sensing elements here in the North East. Senstronics have successfully utilised semi-conductor technologies in the manufacturing of high volume thin film pressure sensors delivering a unique technology for automotive, industrial and off highway markets. They approached Design365 as they required an international e-commerce solution. The e-commerce site includes a bespoke options system requiring dependencies on previous option selections. We have designed a clean, professional e-commerce website for the international manufacturing company.

Life Changing Challenges offers safe, environmentally responsible, affordable challenges to the charity sector that inspire people to make a real life changing difference for themselves, for local communities and for the charities that they support. They approached Design365 looking for a professional e-commerce website with monthly updates to promote the challenges online. The first thing we did was to design the logo this needed to be striking as it will be used to promote the business on challenge t-shirts, printed literature and was the starting point for the website. The site includes newsletter sign up and links to social media pages including YouTube, the YouTube channel will be used to show the trekkers videos.

Farm Fresh Direct deliver locally produced food that can be ordered online and delivered direct to the customer. They had no brand when approaching Design365 but following consultation it was found that convenience would be the key element to making the site effective. Bespoke features include a convenient delivery date and time calendar, drilled down to 2 hour slots so customers only need to be in the house for small delivery windows. There is also a delivery cost estimator that allows customers to find if delivery is available to their post code and the cost associate that is managed through the administration. Since launching the website Farm Fresh Direct have won an award for, 'best use of technology,' at Star Radio Business Awards.
