It was a revelation to find someone who intuitively understood exactly what type of website we needed. Not only did you design and build an excellent website for us, you and your talented design team came up with a fresh new company logo design for the website which we then used to totally re-brand Lintons Printers, you charge for all of the work was very reasonable compared to some estimates I had been given.

I also asked you to set up an email marketing system for us to send out monthly offers to existing and prospective customers and this was also carried out quickly and efficiently and again at a very reasonable cost.

I have recently started up a business and to be honest this was a big step for myself and my family, but we though we had fond a niche in the market, which needed to be filled for mobile tiles sales. For this reason we joined BNI to get ‘our name out there’ as it sounded an ideal opportunity. Once we had joined I met a lovely fellow named Alan who’s tag line is ‘What’s worse than not having a website, having a bad website’. This then started me thinking, what the cheap and (somewhat) cheerful website I had purchased would do to my new customer base that I was trying to tap into. Well not much as one of the telephone numbers was incorrect (as Alan pointed out). Would my company be destined to fail, well it is still early days but I can say that my decision to ask Alan to ‘sort my website’ was one of the best I have made. The website feels professional, very luxurious and exactly what I wanted. The whole thing only took just over a week and the results speak for themselves. Eighteen months ago I approached yourself and your team at Design365 to re-vamp our tired and under performing website. At that time we were sitting around the fourth page of Google for all of our relevant search terms, occasionally making it to page 2 for a brief period for a couple of them. 

After a complete overhaul and re-branding, we had a website to be proud of and immediately started to receive complimentary comments from our customers and other people who viewed the site. So the site looked good, but we need it to be visible and searchable. We need not have worried, our Google ranking went up, enquiries started coming in and the site has paid for itself twenty times over since then. Only last week I received an email from Natalia at Design365 informing me that we were standing either first or second on the first page of Google for Printers North East and Printers Co Durham.

I am sure that having a good website is one of the reasons that we have been able to compete in a very challenging print industry where a lot of good printers have unfortunately gone out of business.

I am writing to thank you for prompt assistance last week.

On Monday morning my phone rang, and the caller told me the good news that the domain name ‘David Scott 8 co. co’ was now available.

What was not such good news was the price ‘only £340 plus VAT’ and the offer to host me for £50 per year plus VAT.

When I pretended to be a little disinterested, his price reduced to £240 plus VAT if I did not need a or b etc.

I tried several times to close the call saying I needed time to check my bank etc and I would call back later that day (so I could call Alan)

Alan response was a breath of fresh air – I had told him what I was to be charged, and when he stopped laughing, Alan offered to buy the name for me and host it all for £20 per year plus Vat. He could have said £100 plus £25 year for example, as other unscrupulous business might have done.

Alan you have saved me £444, and a lot more going forward. It is reassuring to know that we all know someone honest we can always trust and rely on in this area others like me know little about.

It is without hesitation I will confidently refer you, whenever I feel clients and others need your skills and integrity.

Where to start… From the start Alan listened to everything that I wanted for my business presence on the internet and advised me the best product for me. He then helped guide me through the application for funding (Which is quite scary).

We got the funding and the plans were a go. From the day I sat down with his designer it took 10 days for it to be fully live! Which was amazing, he and his team have helped and still do to get the best online presence and maintain a fresh look for my website.

Take a day out is a new charity that was looking to upgrade what had been a drab first web site that was no engaging. We met Alan from Design365 at a networking event and he offered his company's services. We have recently taken over The Dog Inn a pub just outside Heighington village not far from Newton Aycliffe. The pub had been closed for a number of months so we wanted to inform the local public that we were back open serving lunches and evening meals. We wanted to use a local web design company so went to see Design365 for a website consultation. We found the consultation very useful as Design365 gave us many ideas to promote our business through our new website.
