
Design365 were referred to The Royal Oxford Hotel from a business colleague as they were having issues with their current provider. Their website at the time looked ok but once past the fold, the layout was not laid out effectively and the site had no strong calls to action.
The site was also difficult to update and therefore, the Operations Manager was not able to showcase the new refurbishment that was take place.
The hotel was also underselling its location. They also felt the social media support, search engine optimization and PPC (Pay-per-click) were ineffective and they were not seeing value for money.
Design365 created an online marketing strategy which included a re-design of the website and more proactive digital marketing which is already more effective and the new website is built responsively on our own in house content management system.
The integration to their booking system remains unaltered but enhanced with the inclusion of EU GDPR and an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) Certificate.
