Durham County Carers Support

Durham County Carers Support is a registered Charity and Company Limited by Guarantee.  They are a voluntary organisation that provides free high quality services and support to unpaid Carers over the age of 18 who support someone living in the County Durham area, their existing website didn’t really reflect the size of the charity and exactly who they are and how they help.

Design365 worked closely with Durham Carers to create a new content managed website which also has the ability to purchase tickets online. The new responsive website was created using the Magento platform as it is easy to use and incorporated all of the features needed for the website. This included a fully functional shopping cart, integrated blog and newsletter, video and a diary of events which is presented in a calendar format making it easy for users to find what they are looking for. All of these elements were put together to create the best possible user experience when navigating around the new website.
